Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Start by boiling the flat rice noodles until they are al dente. Drain and set aside. Boil the cockles and once they are cooked, remove the shells and set aside. Shell and devein the prawns.

Step 2: Stir-Fry the Ingredients
